A deposit of 25 euros will be due by 30 June. The deposit is fully refundable prior to 1 September.

The balance will need to be paid by 1 September. (The actual SGC fee is yet to be announced)

You can cancel before 1 September for a full refund, after 1 September, there will be a 20% charge for refunds. There will be no refunds after September 10.

We understand that last minute problems arise that might prevent you from attending SGC, but many of our costs need to be paid prior to the event.

On site payments will be allowed with a 5% fee.
